Never skip Leg Day
Hi Readers,
Everybody dreams of having a ripped body such that their t-shirt
get their body shape. Most of them achieve it and most just keep dreaming. I
have observed many people who have great upper body but their lower body is just
like a small wooden stick. Yes you heard me right, a small wooden stick.
Whenever we see any body builder or dream of having a good
body, first thing which comes to our mind is the biceps. We get
attracted to it and imagine the person doing most common exercise, Dumbbell bicep
curl. We need to understand that a good body is the balanced body. There is no
point in just pumping your biceps and not concentrating on other parts of body.

Believe it or not, but all parts of our body play a vital
role in doing single muscles exercise. For example, when you go for any of the chest
exercise, you should have strong shoulder and good strength in biceps for heavy
reps and if you don’t have that, you won’t be able to gain mass on your chest.
Many know this and they tend to work on their upper body
which comprises of various single muscles such as chest, shoulders, back, core,
biceps and triceps. However, they tend to skip lower body which is equally important compared to combined exercises of upper body. It is half of your body which
we skip and believe me that’s not going to work if you wish to have ripped
body.
Legs are our base to have a good chiseled body. They provide
great support for all the exercise which are done standing. Just imagine a
building which has weak base but great upper construction. Would anyone of you
like to stay there? I would personally never go for such building. Now think of
our body in same way. There are numerous
exercises for upper body muscles. For some reason, if you miss any of the upper
body muscles in a week, it can be taken care by other exercises which you do
for other upper body muscles but when it comes to leg, no upper body exercise can stimulate it.
So friends, please don’t skip your Legs. They are most
important part of our body which should be taken care. Also you will be able to
lift heavy weights if you have strong legs. I have experienced it and I know it
will work for everyone.
